Not very user frendly... at all! There's no way for you to see how full it is... steam doesn't last long.... and you have to keep unplugging it in between fills because theres no actual power button.... Very, very obnoxious and not worth the money. Read more
I was disappointed in this steamer. I've seen so many videos of people using steam cleaners like this, where they just point the nozzle at dirt and grime, and it just melts away with the power of steam. This product does not do that. It does spray hot steam at stuff, but i find that i'm still needing to put a lot of elbow grease into getting the dirt and grime to break up. I've use a steam mop to clean my floors, and that does a farm better job of getting dirt up with far less effort. Read more
