The media could not be loaded. More e-waste, dont waste your time, money and resources. The seals are sketchy even though it was closed all the way, there seemed to be a leak of steam from the filling valve. Very concerning because as in a high pressure pot, it can potentially blow up. The steam was smooth and flowed nicely however there wasn't much pressure so it didnt work as well for cleaning grime or tub calcium stains... I had used a similar looking cleaner years ago from local blue store and it worked great so I was expecting something similar. The nice addition from this was the detergent tank which I had not seen before from other brands or models. Unfortunately the quality of the product made it useless. I gave it a try at dry cleaning a jacked, that kind of worked but the tank is heavy to carry and wave in the air and uncomfortable to use and if it tilt it sprays outs bursts of water. Then tried steaming some linen shirts, there wasn't an accessory for it but used the flat one where the wdge attacks to and I guess the nice flow of steam did a good job art straightening the shirt but it was heavier than an iron and way more awkward to use. Not good at cleaning, not good for ironing and questionable quality on safety features like the seals for the filling valves... I hate to do this but im going to have to return yet and my level of confidence in the products being sold on this site lately keeps going down. They want to compete with wish by listing awful stuff. It’s working really well for me! There was a learning curve, I’ll admit but once I figured out how to work the machine it worked great. The instructions are useless tho, I’d recommend watching a YouTube video. It sucks that you can’t see how much water is in the tank but it’s whatever for the price. The steam is great, I don’t get a lot of water dripping like other people do, I’d recommend making sure the attachments are locked into place. Read more
