This little product is packed with surprises - price, utility, size. I needed a steam cleaner to clean up a well used 30 year old marine 3 burner propane range with oven. I considered renting a wallpaper steamer, until I heard the $36/day price. This little unit is considerable cheaper to own, and doesn’t have to be rented by the day. The instructions are minimal because there isn’t much to do - connect the steam hose, attach the brush you want (several different ones are supplied), add water (holds about a quart), plug it in, and press the power button. Steam (saturated, low pressure) starts coming out in under 30 seconds. It removes matured dried grease and stains in seconds, with little scrubbing needed. I started by using it in conjunction with a Brillo pad, but soon found that wasn’t really needed. As expected, as the used steam cools it condenses into water. This is easily mopped up with paper towels. The steamer is compact and lightweight; therein lies the only downside: it’s so light the heater/tank unit can easily slide around as you clean using the hose, even when you want it to stay in place. I got around that by placing it in my shop vice. Read more

It's okay for small jobs, is of limited power and the amount of steam coming out is inconsistent, sometimes it blows hard sometimes it blows low. Not a great selection of attachments, the hose is long but it's rigid enough that it's pulling the main unit with it, even when it's filled with water, so you got to make sure you place it on the floor or it will fall off the countertop or the table depending where and what you're cleaning. Like I said it's an okay product for the money but you get what you pay for it works but it has limited range. Read more

Gets super hot. I mean, obviously it's Dame. The only thing is, you do need an extension cord. Because it's not very long with the court that it comes with. However, it does get some heavy stains out and works really, really well. The steam quality is definitely up to par with my expectations. I use this on the grout. For the tile and the showers, and they came out like brand brand new it was for a rental that we were currently living at. And at the tennand actually gave me back my deposit in full because everything was so clean, and I use this for majority of it. Read more
This is such a nice, compact steamer. It seems to work well. I like to use it on my grout on the floor and in my shower. It makes quick work of it. It heats up quick and the water lasts a good amount of time. I recommend using purified water to prevent scale build up. I haven't had an issue. Only once did it turn off due to overheating, but that hasn't happened again. Read more
This steam cleaner has been more useful than I had originally thought. Drains around sinks often get deep grime which this easily cleaned. Then took it to the intense grime around the stove burner. It cleaned better than I had expected. The steam loosens the mess and the brush scrubs it away. It’s easy to use. However, I found the fill hole small and benefited from the use of a funnel. On the underside is a drain plug for emptying the steamer when not in use. Other than filling it, you just need to pick a tip, plug it in, turn it on, and then adjust the pump power. I used the highest setting for everything, but nothing was particularly fragile. Heat resistant gloves are included but I didn’t use them. I did notice that the handle started to heat up but it never got too hot for me to hold. It does continue to steam after being turned off for a few seconds. I would note that the energy consumption is nowhere near advertised. The specs claim this steamer has 2500 watts of heating, but this number is bogus. 2500 watts at 120 volts would be over 20 amps which would blow almost all normal outlets. I plugged it into a circuit shared with the overhead light and there was only a slight dimming of the light. Overall, this steamer exceeded my expectations. Not perfect but very useful. Read more

The cheap plastic housing cracked when I applied normal pressure during cleaning! The water tank lid snapped off, the handle developed stress fractures, and the nozzle attachment broke clean off. This isn't appliance-grade material - it's dollar-store quality plastic that can't withstand actual use. How dare they charge premium prices for such disposable junk? Read more
