The media could not be loaded. Yeah, it's pretty good. Not great, but it's what I expected. The box comes with a bunch of accessories to go with the actual steam cleaner; a funnel and a cup with a spout, a right angle connector, two parts for window cleaning plus a soft bootie to go over it, a short extension with a small tip, one for scrubbing, and one flexible one. Setup and use is easy; pick your extension and twist it on until you hear a soft click, fill up the reservoir with water, plug it in, flip the on switch at the base, and in literally just a few seconds the red preheater LED goes off and you can pull the trigger and spray steam. The description says that it goes up to 110C (or about 230F) but I think that's a bit overstated. With no extensions at all, I can hold my hand directly in the stream for about 10-15 seconds before it becomes uncomfortable; I'm guessing around 110-120F. With the flexible extension, I sprayed it on the back of my leg for over 30 seconds (see below) and it was nothing more than slightly warm, maybe 95F. As you can see in the video, the steam is voluminous, the fan works hard to push out a lot of steam in short order. One thing that was briefly mentioned in the product listing and not mentioned at all in the instruction manual was the locking trigger. Normally, pull the trigger to start the steam, release to stop. The steam will keep coming for about 15-20 seconds (not 10 years like the instructions say) and that's that. Except the trigger slides almost imperceptibly up and down. Slide it up and it's locked, slide it back down and it releases. I meant to spray my leg for just a little bit - in case it was very hot - but it took me 30 seconds to figure out how to turn the darn thing off. In any case, I've never had a handheld - or even a full size - steamer that wasn't a rental of a full-size professional model - ever produce actual 110C steam, so I did not go into this expecting it, and you shouldn't either. It's unrealistic to think that any handheld will provide that. However, it does produce some reasonably hot steam and that's going to break up the gunk and do a pretty good job, so don't knock it for that. Also, the extension cord is reasonably long, which is always nice. Read more

What I love about this steamer is that it is compact enough to be very useful when detailing vehicles. I've had several other steamers and they are all too bulky and cumbersome, but this one is a gem. Perfectly sized to get into tight spaces for both the main unit and with use of the included extension piece. I highly recommend this steamer. Read more
Works wonders on deeply embedded dirt and grime. Make sure to keep dry towels handy for the condensation runoff if you do glass and mirrors. Lots of accessories makes it useful for house or shop. Great de-greaser on motors. My only gripe is the cheap plastic. Over time the heat may cause the plastic to degrade and break. Time will tell. Good deal. Read more
This is a great Steamer for the price. Perfect for those quick steam cleaning in the hard to reach areas. Comes with a multitude of attachments to get where you need it. The trigger doesn't have a lock on it but the unit is light weight and easy to use. Read more
