Highlights: ~ BEST for travel & Very compact ~ Charges quickly if the battery is lower on the phone to begin with ~ White cord (for charging) is attached to battery pack so there’s no risk of misplacing it ~ Extra black cord for other non usb c devices Lowlights: ~ Even though it’s somewhat advertised as being able to charge an iPad it won’t - don’t do it!! ~ The pack gets very warm after a while and will stop charging ~ The permanently attached white cord is kind of awkward because it’s not needed when you’re using it to charge your device so it makes it more annoying to use the phone while it’s charging Overall: I have a couple similar to these and really like this type of charger for my iphone. This one charges decently. I noticed it charges slower when the battery is at a higher percentage - 75% and higher but that’s somewhat typical for a lot of external battery packs. I think because I have an older phone I can only get about 1.25 to max 1.5 full charges with my phone which isn’t terrible Do NOT use it to charge an ipad or other tablets. I made that mistake because I wanted to see how well it could charge my ipad since it has the same type of output but the requirements are different so even though in the product description photo it’s advertised as being able to charge an iPad but I noticed immediately that the power bank isn’t strong enough for that type of output. It went down almost 40% in battery- in less than ten minutes. Not only that, it only charged my iPad ONLY 1% during that time. Maybe it works better with smartwatches and ipods but I definitely would not use this for a tablet and I think they should know better than to advertise it’s possible. As with most battery packs this one will get very warm and stop working as a safety mechanism. (Typically around 80% charged.) Once that happens you have to wait until it cools back down and reinsert it for it to start charging again or turn on the button. Also, white cord is somewhat awkward when charging the device since it can’t detach. It’s kind of annoying to use the phone with the cord hanging out. I tried to tape it but that didn’t work so well. It may not bother some people but it’s really irritating for me so I try not to use the phone too much while it’s charging. All in all, I think this is the best option for travel because you’re not going to lose the charging cord on your trip. One less cord to keep up with! Read more

Just place it on the magnetic disc and you’re set. Digital display is a total game-changer. Knowing exactly how much juice is left (in clear, bright numbers) makes it much easier to manage recharges. Bonus flashlight — small but useful when you’re out late or rooting around in a dark bag or car. One note: it does get warm during extended use, and will stop charging if it overheats. It hasn’t been a major issue for me, but worth knowing. Also, don’t expect it to charge an iPad efficiently—it’s clearly optimized for phones and watches.
