I had to write a review on these since we have been trying other options without any luck. These work excellent for middle of the night accidents as kiddos are working on overnight potty training. My kid is a super heavy sleeper, so although we have been potty trained in the day for literally years, overnight has still had accidents pop up sometimes. These have been extremely effective at preventing leakage and even have prevented anything from getting on the sheets or bedding, which is a big plus! The are built with many layers and have a thick absorption pad (shown in review photos) that helps to prevent leaks. Excellent value for the money (come in a pack of 3) and they are very soft. We did not notice any shrinkage when washing. Additionally, for kiddos are are a bit older, these are a great insurance policy for sleepovers or other social situations where they don't want to be spotted in a sleep diaper. 100% recommend and plan to purchase another set. So these are not leak proof-BUT they do hold lots of pee. Our daughter is potty trained but still struggles at night. These have been great. We call them her “night time undies” and she has had way less accidents in these than in her diapers. They fit comfortably and snugly and are thick. They are stretchy and cover well but they are not as tight in between her legs but I think that is because of her body shape. They are definitely worth it and functional for us even though they aren’t completely leak proof. Maybe it’s a mental thing too but they are definitely helping her to stay dry at night. Read more

If you have a kid that pees a lot throughout the night, these aren't great. My kid is a heavy sleeper, so doesn't wake up to go. Still soaked through these onto their sheet and blanket. Thankful for the waterproof sheet I bought off Amazon though! If your kid only pees once and is not a lot, then these would be perfect! Read more

These underwear’s are nice and comfortable they are soft to the touch but they still leak out. They are no leak proof like they said in other reviews good for nap time but not over night without a pad on the bed Read more

My daughter was so excited to get these and try them! She has Vesicoureteral Reflux (VUR) which had led to urinary retention and she wets the bed at night. She did not drink anything 2 hours before bed last night, and did not bring a drink to bed either(very rare for her bc she is always very thirsty as well). She was just so excited to see if these would work, so her best friend could come spend the night and not see a night time pull up (it embarrasses her). She came to my room and woke me up at 2:25am to let me know she was soaked and so was her bed. Mind you, her regularly used night time “diaper” does not even leak when it is completely full, and this “brief” barely had any urine at all in it and it was SOAKED and SMELLY.
