I bought these for my 12 yr old daughter because she's always worried about leaking when she has her period. I remember when I was in middle school, on my period & always checking in the bathroom to see if I had leaked and if I had thru my clothes, going home to change or just going home out of embarrassement. I wish these were available back in my day & if they were I wish I had been able to get them. They are just worry free panties!!!! They have worked great for my girl. My daughter is 4'10, 90lbs with an athletic build. These were true to size for her. They are not discrete under certain clothing. You could see the stitching on the bottom through her basketball uniform shorts, and she even had spandex shorts on over the underwear. The absorption failed her and leaked around the side edge.
