I bought the Hanes Men’s Cotton Tank Undershirts Pack mainly for everyday wear under shirts and around the house, and while they are comfortable, they didn’t completely meet my expectations. The fit is nice and snug without being too tight, and the ribbed design gives it a bit of stretch that keeps its shape decently well at first. For comfort, these definitely deliver. The problem for me is the durability. After just a few washes, I noticed the fabric starting to lose that firm feel and become a bit loose. They don’t shrink much, which is good, but the neckline tends to stretch out over time, and that makes them look a little worn even if they’re clean. The material also feels thinner than some older Hanes tanks I’ve owned, which makes them less durable for long term use. I expected them to last longer considering the brand’s reputation. Another small issue is that the length can vary between shirts in the same pack. Some fit perfectly, while others ride up slightly when I move or tuck them in.
