I work from home and have been desperately seeking some comfortable lounge bras to wear around the house. These are them! I was really impressed by how well these bralettes fit — snug enough to feel supported, but still incredibly soft and breathable. The fabric is smooth and doesn’t dig in anywhere, making it easy to wear all day. I have some other brands that don't provide as much coverage leaving the ladies popping out constantly. (I ordered 2 sets of colors: Denim/Heather/Ultrablue and Black/Fig/Terracotta, both size Medium) I half expected that I'd have to return these when I ordered them, because I'm a 34 C 1/2 bra and am mature so I no longer have the perky upstanding breasts and I look sloppy without a bra. I thought these would just be too flimsy to give any support at all, so I was pleasantly surprised after trying one on that they're kind of perfect. These are soft and comfortable bra and give me just enough support and shape so I can wear a sundress or lounging dress in public without having tacky bra straps showing. The straps are all fabric with no hooks, rings, or sliders, so if they show under a spaghetti strap dress or top, they don't look tacky as if your underwear is sticking out. With all the colors in this collection you're bound to find one that matches whatever you're wearing. The cup fabric gives more support than plain cotton and is definitely more supportive than those flimsy bralettes with the white band underneath. I wouldn't say that these are exactly uplifting, but they definitely are better than no support even if I have to do a little manual "uplifting" once or twice if I'm wearing them all day. I wouldn't wear them under professional clothing unless you're already perky. They do prevent extreme sagging. They're so perfect for my needs working from home that they've become my go-to bras because of how utterly comfortable they are to wear instead of my normal wired bras. The colors are neutral enough to go under lots of stuff in my wardrobe. Very comfortable and soft, great for hot humid days, the next best thing to not wearing a bra at all. I would only wash them gently by hand to preserve whatever stretch they have in them. A great buy and I'm glad Hanes continues to make comfortable, inexpensive but decent quality items like this. I bought these as a first bra for myself. I tried another brand as well. I have an athletic build and prefer comfort over all. But still want to look chic and cute! These are questionable in cuteness. I had to try them though. I found that the material was soft cotton but not that soft. It has some elasticity but not very stretchy overall. It wanted to hold it's size fairly well as I had to wrestle it on. I tried the size guide and measured accordingly, like 5 times at least. I got the size that matched. Way too tight. The band mostly. Got a size up and that was also too tight and found it was starting to cut in to my armpit area uncomfortably so. I figured a larger size would likely make that even worse so I gave up on these and I am still searching. It seems like a good deal for some small bra tops if they fit.
