I really like this trash can it was really easy to mount on the wall came with an adhesive that let you put it up in seconds. It's a good size to actually hold a little bit of trash in it but not be too big to be in the way. It has a nice lid on it that you just lift very easily and then it closes by itself. It has a filter compartment in it with a little filter you have to put that in. This will definitely help keep any odors at Bay. Seems to be very good quality. Should last for a while the lid comes completely forward when you want to remove the inner trash bin to take the trash bag out. It comes with a bunch of drawstring trash bags that are the right size. So I like this trash can way more than I thought I would. I ended up sticking it to my bathroom vanity. The size is small yet mighty and for me it keep my dogs from snooping in the bathroom trash. It actually cleaned it up and improved the look (imo) in the bathroom. I think the quality is good and the lid is kind of cool because it goes the opposite direction when you want to empty it out. This small decorative trash can is actually really nice looking. The green color is really cool and adds a little personality instead of looking like a basic trash can. The lid design is simple and easy to use. You lift it one way to drop trash in, and then lift it the opposite way when you need to take the liner out. I also liked that it comes with a roll of trash bags that fit the can perfectly. You can either mount it using the included hardware or it is sturdy enough to have it sit on a countertop, and it works well both ways. I have multiple items from this brand and I really, really want to love things every time but I just can't. This is a nice item and functions well once you get it installed, but it comes with no applicable instructions on the ins and outs of using the product. In fact, mine came with instructions for something else entirely. When I got my item, it came in the brand packaging. Not a big deal. It's a garbage can. However, when I opened it, it only had foam around the bottom, not the sides, so it was dented. Super unfortunate, but it's metal so I could push it back... But it does have a liner. However, there is absolutely no instructions on how to take the lid off and remove the liner. They prioritized style over function, so it's not super intuitive and you have to line the arms that keep the lid on juuuust right and pop those out of the lid in order to get the lid off. Then you have to pull the liner out while also trying to avoid those arms. Again, zero instructions for any of this. So I get the dents hammered out and put the liner in and the top back on. Cool. Ready to use it. Time to put the bag in! Which almost needs you to remove the liner to put it in securely. Great. So I go through the process of removing the lid *again*. The arms holding the lid are plastic, which also makes me wonder how long they're going to last. TBD on that. Not sure why the lid isn't just hinged? But whatever. So I remove the liner a bit. Again. Add the bag (which are at least supplied) and put everything back. Okay. Ready to install. The pros of this are that it's incredibly easy to install with either supplied adhesive or a lip over a cabinet. I chose over the cabinet so I can move it as I'm cooking and cleaning and it fits securely. The other pro is that it comes with starter bags, but it is about the size of your average plastic bag from the grocery store, so you can use those when you're out of supplied bags. It does also look nice once the dents are removed. It *is* functional. It does look nice. But I question whether the designers of these products actually use the products before they put them into mass production. Read more
