I haven't tried the larger ones yet. The pop up container is a clever concept, although not refillable. The patch itself is ok. I've used another off brand that came on sheets with 3 different sizes and I prefer those. These do not seem to get as much gunk as the other brand and these are slightly more noticeable when wearing. They contain salicylic acid which can bleach clothes, sheets & towels and make your skin more sensitive but does help to get rid of the blemish. These ones do adhere better though and with the salicylic acid, it's possible that they get rid of the blemish faster than ones without. $27 seems a little high but this set would be good inside a teen's stocking at Christmas. I love hydrocolloid patches. I have no idea how it took so long for me to start using them, but now that I have, I want to make sure I keep a stocked collection of different shapes and sizes. This kit is super handy for that! I don't have to place a bunch of smaller circles all over my chin if I have more than one problem spot - I can throw a t-zone patch on my chin and call it a night. They absorb well enough, stay put, and aren't very thick. The only thing I'm not particularly fond of is the on-the-go dispenser, because it's not refillable. I believe that if they made a refillable design, and also made different sizes available (with dispenser colors corresponding to a specific size,) they'd have a hit on their hands (and in purses, and backpacks, and luggage, and glove boxes, and night stands, and ... you get my drift.) I love pimple patches and the revolutionary products that they are (my teenager self would have LOVED these things!) I feel like these particular patches are very standard as far as how well they work. Whenever I notice a breakout coming on, I pop a few of these patches over the spot at night before I go to bed, and by morning, they're usually tamed right down. What really sets this bundle apart though is it's variety! This bundle not only comes with small and medium circle patches (which are very standard), but also a set of larger "t-zone" patches! That way, whenever I have a particularly bad breakout - I can simply apply one large sticker, instead of multiple small ones. I also love that this comes with a handy little travel set!
