Cute and fun!
Soo much fun! I like that the tulle adds leghth but the underskirt is short. Not a fan of the waist band, but hey it was just for fun. Fabric is tulle and have washed it since then and it’s more puffy now, so it would look cuter. Recommend washing before use if you want the puffy tulle look. I fluffed mine with my hands but after the first wash it had that look i was going for. Read more
