This is the perfect size for me. I like that it's adjustable and you can add weights as you get stronger. I thought I was stronger then I am and would have ordered a 6lb vest of another brand. Comfortable for me. I wear it walking my dog, 3-5 miles a day. I like being able to add the one pound weights; currently adding one pound twice a month so as not to stress anything. Also appreciate the reflective bands as we often walk before sunrise and after sunset. It did have an odor at first so I set it outside for a day or two. Easy to get on and off. Read more
I couldn’t be more happier with this weighted vest. I love that. It already has 4 pounds sewn into it, and if I need to add more, I can do so. I’ve started with the 4 pounds because I’m new to wearing a weighted vest, and 4 pounds is perfect for me right now. In about two weeks I’ll probably throw another pound into it, and I’ll work my way up from there. But so far it fits well it’s adjustable so you can fit it to comfort I like to wear it a little loose, so I don’t tighten it too much. I’ve been using this weighted vest the past week for various exercises, including running and pull ups. It’s 8lbs, well distributed, comfortable, and has pockets to put your phone and wallet in.
