This is a cute little “Happy Birthday” gift. It is plastic, and switches from red to white, and different intensities of light, changing when the usb-c outlet is pressed or when you tap it on the table or flip it over. It turns on and off the same way. Some of the pictures on the description page make it look like it also lights up yellow, it doesn’t. When you place it with the rose side up, you don’t really notice the happy birthday so you can keep it displayed long past the holiday. I'm actually thrilled with this! For some reason I thought it was gonna be bigger, not sure why, but I'm glad I was wrong. It's so adoreable and the perfect size. I definitely recommend, it would make a great gift or even just for yourself. Everything works great, it's very pretty, and I love the little flip and rose color switch. It's well made hard plastic, so no flimsiness, feels pretty sturdy. The battery is rechargeable so you don't have to keep it plugged into one spot. The media could not be loaded. I'll give this night stand light 5 stars because my wife love it so much. Is a nice red glo or white if you turn it for more light. One thing to consider is that the touch control, well I did try different ways to touch and didn't work and it needs a tap, a solid tap. The USB cable is to short to be usable, luckily I had a spare longer USB-C cable, but my wife loved this night lamp that I'm willing to still give them the 5 stars.
