I have had a pair of these type of inserts before when I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and they resolved the problem within a month. I kept wearing them until they finally wore out. Now I have some soreness in the back of my heel and thought let's try these inserts again to see if they help. I have only been wearing them for two days but can already tell that the quality is excellent and that the massaging aspect of the inserts is already helping. Will update if anything changes. I was very skeptical about this product. Happy feet not only make our feet feel better, but it helps with other parts of our body as well. I have had issues with my left knee. After wearing these as directed and my knee has stopped hurting as well. Please do as the directions say and you will get results! I want an extra pair for my husband and I so when we wear the present ones we have, we will have a backup! We don't want to be without them. Thank you for these Happy feet! I had several pairs and I do love the comfort they provide, however I had a pair recently leak and ruin a brand new pair of suede boots. The liquid inside of them is some sort of oil and will leak out at some point. I want to wear these but between the cost of them and the risk of them ruining shoes makes it difficult. Maybe I’ll try replace them under the warranty every few months and see if that works, but I’m very disappointed that they leak without any warning. Read more

After a whole day of walking, we saw these for sale at a festival and were given a try-on. Both of us bought them and wore them every day until one became lost. These have a cushion of something soft inside the middle section of your shoe that squishes underfoot. I always think of pudding, but I know it’s not. It’s a thin insole, shouldn’t affect fit, and there is a line drawn for separating your large toe from the rest to wear thongs. Worth it for me. Read more
