I’ve been using this charger for about a month now and honestly it’s become my go to for travel and every day use. It’s a little hilarious that a candy company is making mobile device peripherals, but they’re honestly great! The built in retractable cable is such a game changer because I’m always losing cables in my bag. Charges my iPhone super fast and I love that I can throw my Apple Watch on top to charge wirelessly at the same time. The size is definitely on the larger side and yeah it’ll probably cover your second outlet depending on your setup, but considering everything it does I think it’s worth it. The 65W output is no joke and can handle my iPad or laptop when I need it to. The extra USB ports have been clutch for charging multiple things at once. Design is simple and compact. I love that everything folds up into a nice, compact brick. I didn’t get it because of the haribo branding but if you like cute stuff, you’ll probably like this. Build quality feels really solid and the GaN tech keeps it from getting too hot even when charging multiple devices. For the price I think it’s actually a pretty good deal considering you’re getting the fast charging, wireless charging, and that retractable cable all in one package. Way better than carrying around a bunch of separate chargers and cables. Only real complaint is the weight. It’s not exactly light so it adds a bit of heft to my travel bag, but I guess that’s the trade off for all the power and features. Overall would definitely recommend if you want to simplify your charging setup. Read more

When I saw this wall charger offered I thought that it would make a great travel charger. I really like the rounded cube shape for reasonable compactness considering it is capable of charging 4 devices (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A, and 1 wireless Apple Watch). I really like the foldable electrical outlet plug feature for travel purposes. One of the two USB-C's chargers is a 27" retractable USB-C cord/plug. I tested out all charging ports. The two USB-C ports (separately) showed as super fast charging on my cell phone device. The charger is rated with a maximum output of 65W output. I was confused with the references on the bottom portion of the Amazon page showing the outputs (I.E. using a single, double, triple or all four charge ports at one time). It looks like the highest that any single port can put out (specifically the USB-C's) is 60W. If you charge at the same time from the second USB-C and/or USB-A and/or Apple Watch port at the same time, charge capabilities are reduced. The 65W is shared (not evenly) depending on which port and how many ports are used. The only consistant charge output not reduced by sharing is the Apple Watch with a consistent 2W output. Again, I just wanted to mention this so folks understand that the 65W output is shared when charging multiple devices. In my experiences this is a common characteristics with any multiple port "fast charger" and most fast chargers usually have 65W output capability. I can confirm that this charger did in fact rapidly charge my cell phone using either of the USB-C ports. I am very happy with that. I really don't have any complaints. The only place I could see improvement is if there was a way to incorporate a Android type watch charger (I.E. for my Samsung Watch), not limited to Apple Watches only. I tried charging my Samsung Watch and it would not work. My watch would not sit in the "bowl" designed for Apple Watches only. I tried my wife's Apple Watch and it worked fine. So except for that, I am completely happy with this charger. I can charge all of my devices except for my watch. My wife can use that feature so all is good. The price point is more than fair. I grabbed this Haribo 65W GaN wall charger mainly for travel, and it ended up being a really handy “all-in-one” for my recent vacation. The big win is that I didn’t need to pack three separate chargers—I could cover my phone/tablet plus my Apple Watch from one unit. In person it’s a chunky, solid charger, and it feels well made. Mine came with a small instruction booklet, and the design is exactly as shown: Haribo branding on the body, a watch charging pad on the top, and multiple outputs (I can see USB-A and a USB-C port on mine, plus the built-in/retractable USB-C cable listed on the product page). I also weighed it on my kitchen scale at about 174.2g, so it’s not feather-light, but it’s still easy enough to toss in a bag. Charging-wise, it worked as expected for me on the trip. My Apple Watch charged fine on the top pad (photo included), and having everything in one spot reduced cable/charger clutter a lot. A couple small tradeoffs: it’s bulkier than a basic single-port brick, so it can crowd a power strip, and because it’s a novelty/licensed design, you’re paying a bit for the look and the all-in-one convenience rather than the tiniest possible charger. Overall, if you want a travel-friendly combo charger (especially if you wear an Apple Watch) and like the Haribo styling, this is a practical little upgrade. Read more
