Not a true matcha

this is the first Harney & Sons tea I've not cared for. It's not a true matcha, it's green tea chopped up like dried parsley. The tea is murky and more mud colored and bitter. Yes, I followed the directions on the package. The peach comes through very well though. I don't like a tea that needs a Thing to make it palatable and with this you'd have to put sweetness in it for it to be enjoyable on any level. Read more
