Diarrhea is not a problem but you must follow the dosage on the package for accurate results. This is an additive, not their regular food. So frequency and quantity must be regulated very closely. Dont eat stick, both dogs don’t that’s the only thing I would suggest some kind of little sin or something that they would make them eat the stick too lol tried a few other kebab products and nope these are still their favorite.
