Great product. I love the variety of resistance.

I love you. I used them for physical therapy with my hip and thigh muscles. Place them around my knees to hold them together while I sit and stand from a chair. I also use them for various exercises for my hips to help keep them in shape and moving the way they should. I'm a bigger person than naturally my knees want to go as I walk and stand.
