I was thinking of something else when I tore the packaging open and —SAVE THE BOX: perfect fit for the old ones. I went to pull the one ones out, and you won't BELIEVE what it caught. H-word, I thought a whole VARMINT (mouse or mole) had got stuck to the inside! I had vacuumed the thing out before, but this one ran about 6 months I think and my thoughts bounced to all the glorious GROSS AWFULNESS on the outside of the charcoal one. Long story short, took about 2 minutes including opening the packaging, and I didn't wonder for one second (as I feared) if I got it in right. It's "dumb blonde"-proof, f'real. I had the HARDEST time getting the cover back on, only because that was the third time trying to put it back on and I forgot about the magnets at the bottom. Get this: I didn't even turn the machine OFF! It was that fast! Glanced at the other filters, saw stuff, didn't want to keep seeing that stuff, and shoved the old filters into the packaging box to throw in the garbage. That stuff? Cat hair, I THINK UGG hair (the good UGGs, too, from before they sold out to China and the "sheepskin" pulls out easily), things I can't describe and would NOT look at under a microscrope... I wondered if I should try to vacuum the filters before buying again because these replacements were like $35, and I'm still furloughed and pinching pennies, but THIS WAS WORTH IT Praise +Jesus Christ Son of the Father DEO GRATIAS! If I had to choose between a carton of cigarettes (more than these of course) and the filters, Dear God please I hope I never have to make such a choice. I love my cigarettes.. I'd work out a way to buy both (Deo volente, of course). (LPT: IF you go too long between filters, this machine will pack on the junk from the air and it mostly hangs TO THE FILTERS, but I highly suggest putting some old paper under the machine in case loads of junk falls out. It didn't fall out for me, but I was gentle and fast with the old filters, and then after the two minutes I dusted off the machine and vacuumed around it "just in case".) #CovidHatesHatha Read more

We are a gardening family and this thing Keeps up. Replaceable filter always fits with no problems. Even the fan is on max the noise is comparable to a fan on high.
