Bought these to use as all-purpose trimmers. I use them on my neck/jaw when I'm cutting my hair to trim my hairline, I use them on my beard and mustache, and I use them on my nether regions. They work great as face/head trimmers. The various heads and guards make it easy to get tight lines and the exact length you want. Battery life is excellent. About 60 minutes per charge. I charge it once every few weeks as I don't need to trim very much. The adjustable guard is mostly good. I wish it was a little more secure as it slides off very easily and feels kind of cheap. Great for beards, wouldn't trust it on my head . The foil body trimmer is not great. It WORKS, but you'll be going back and forth a LOT. The only reason I don't hate it is because it does eventually trim the hairs once it gets ahold of them and it hasn't nicked me yet so it works as a manscaping tool even if it's slow and a little tedious. I don't feel like buying a dedicated device just for my unmentionables so this does fine for the occasional tidy-up. If you are a regular trimmer you'll be disappointed with the performance but if you just want something you can trust around your twig and berries it works fine. Overall I'm happy for the price I paid. I'm sure Norelco and such perform a little better but they also cost 4 times as much. The little tray it comes with is neat, too. Sharp trimmer heads. The heads are easy to change except for the nose hair trimmer and the foil screen shaver, they are a little tricky to get lined up. Nice assortment of guides. I would definitely recommend this kit. Read more

I'm always skeptical about buying stuff online, but I'm impressed so far by this trimmer. I'm new to having a beard, and I wanted to keep it trim and neat, I hate an out of control beard, makes you look unkept, imho. So I gambled on this trimmer, mostly because it said water proof. Makes it easy to clean. I love it. It does everything it says it will do and more. Even the shaver attachment works well, and after buying a replacement blade for my Norelco, I'm glad it does, Norelco blades are garbage now, the new blade tore my face up, but this trimmers shaver glides like butter, no irritation and a pretty close shave. The attachments are easy to change out, and the charge so far has lasted 3 weeks, and that was straight out of the box, I haven't had to charge it yet. If you're high-functioning autistic and maybe aren't even aware of it, this is the beard trimmer you're looking for. Used a Philips Norelco Bodygroom 7100 for about 6 years before the battery finally stopped holding a proper charge. Because Philips in their endless wisdom decided to stop producing what was quite literally the perfect trimmer and the only version of it that's still for sale on Amazon is $200, I spent weeks researching for a replacement. Hatteker is something of a no-name Chinese brand but for some reason higher quality than most. All I can say is I bought a second (maybe even a third) just to have, so when the batteries inevitably die in the future I won't have to continue looking for something else. Reason I mention being autistic is because I had some specific things I was looking for in a good trimmer and this checks all the boxes. I bought this trimmer to replace an older version from the same company that I thought had died. The new version is head and shoulders better than the old version. It has a longer battery life, but most important is the improvement to the adjustable guard. The new trimmer comes with two adjustable guards, one like the old trimmer and the other a guard which slides over the outside of the cutting head. I hated the adjustable guard that came with the old trimmer because I had to hold pressure on it with my thumb to keep it from falling off. The new sliding guard works great. Owned for a year and a half using weekly. Charge indication inaccurate right out the gate - you learn that '60 MIN' means 'almost empty'. Has now stopped working. Got my money's worth, great trimmer while it lasted, but moving on to another brand. Read more
