Cleaning the bathroom can't get any easier with this little machine. Just spray the bathroom with cleaner then come through with the steam, soap scum just slides right off. To be fair, this is more properly characterized a a "SPOT Steam Cleaner" as trying any continuous steam cleaning pretty quickly becomes a real exercise in frustration. For small areas at a time, it works great- plenty of power, lots of mobile utility, and the accessories all work pretty much without a hitch; HOWEVER, you simply can't undertake any larger more time consuming work as you simply run out of steam pretty quickly and it's a really tedious undertaking to complete the tasks needed to get on with the work. It seems well made, wasn't leaking, and you could produce hotter steam than you'd want to use. Again the issue is, the limited time you can work before going through the motions needed to refill and fire it back up to get on with the job. I give it 4 stars for its performance within its design parameters, but RECOMMEND it only for limited cleaning projects unless you have a LOT of patience and time to kill. Read more

Whew this is a great unit and love all the attachments and the bigger tank size is great- much better than my other that requires refilling all the time. I will say it is going to take forever to clean this grout... took over a cafe that was pretty dirty but making progress with this is much better than just elbow grease and much better than having to use a ton of chemicals. The steam settings are simple to use and adjust. Works really well, you can see where I've made a first pass and will do several more before it's thoroughly cleaned. I was really excited to use this steam cleaner, but it wouldn’t power on at all. I tried multiple outlets and checked everything — nothing. When I contacted Amazon for help, they said they couldn’t replace it, which was frustrating. It looks promising in theory, but mine was a total dud. Read more

Powerful steamer that rivals the brand name products. The machine is easy to use, and it is always better to use a filter water than tap water to lessen water hardening. This steams is compacted and directed which makes this very effective. Harder areas like cup holders in the car where spills happen and is hard to clean by cleaning agents and a rag, this will get the sticky goo off. You get a full 30 minutes so with the right planning, you can fully clean the inside of a car in places that are hard to clean. Good value for the money. Read more

This steam cleaner is a disappointment. I had such high hopes when I ordered it. The unit is large and I had hoped to be able to use it to clean the grout in my bathroom floors. The unit produces a lot of steam and really works quite well at cleaning grout. The problem is it only puts out steam for about 10 minutes. Then you have to wait for the unit to cool so you can refill it and start again. For its size, I would have expected it to produce steam for a much longer period of time. I have had to fill it 4 times to clean the bathroom floor grout. It took almost 2 hours to clean the grout. Most of that time was waiting for the steam to cool so I could open the water chamber without getting scolded. Read more
