Absolutely worth the money. We have been using a swiffer mop for years and I've complained a bunch about the residue left behind in the grout and around the edges of the floor. We've been planning to redo the floors because we hate them and have had them for 20+ years. Our grout was black with buildup. This steamer melted right through that gunk and build-up thats been there for years. We are so happy. I’ve only had this for about 9 months and it already broke! It was good while it was working and I love the colors of it. However, the balance of this thing is horrible and doesn’t stand up by itself well because all of the weight is at the top by the handle. Because of that, it fell a couple of times when I walked away and the whole thing started leaking water! I tried to glue all the leaking cracks which helped for a little. Then it fell again and now it’s leaking even more water, even from places I already glue and the whole thing started getting really hot, including the handle. I wish this thing had better balance to stand on its own or if it’s not, it should be a lot more durable to dropping on the floor. Read more
I LOVE THIS STEAM MOP!!! Honestly, the floor part is “ok”, but the hand held option to steam grout and cabinets and tiles is AMAZING!!!! Steam is very powerful and I’ve been able to make my tiles look new after 25 years of trying to scrub them!!!!!! Steam is also super hot which just melts grime and disinfects.
