This is a great little steam cleaner. I have used it on upholstery and wall to wall carpeting (just for spots). Slow and steady movement of the head results in the best result. The vacuum gets up most of the steam moisture from the surface. Make sure you have a container handy to spray into while the steam comes up to full temperature. I would buy this again. I had high hopes for this portable steam carpet and upholstery cleaner, especially given the price point. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased it 8 months ago and have only used it about 6 times. Out of nowhere, it completely stopped working properly — the water no longer comes out through the hose and instead just leaks all over the floor. I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer for support or a possible claim, but I’ve had no luck getting a response. It’s very frustrating to spend this much money on a product that ends up in the garbage after such minimal use. Save your money. I wish I had gone with a different brand. Read more

I have found this steamer/carpet cleaner to work well for cleaning spills and interior carpets and upholstery in vehicles. It is small and lightweight making it easy to move around, and the cord and hose are both good lengths for the intended uses of the machine. It heats up quickly and the steam function works well. I do find the small input tank and extraction tank to be cons as it requires frequent water refills compared to the Bissel machines I’ve had in the past. Unlike those, emptying the extraction tank is painless and simple, and this unit has had zero issues with leaks. The carpet extraction head works well and is easy to lock in place, and the spray function has a good distribution allowing for better control over the water/cleaning formula spray. I got mine on sale and got the price I paid I’m thrilled. I would not recommend this unit at anything over $100.00 though as there are better options in that higher range. Read more

It may work well. I don’t know. The plastic piece on the top of the hose that covers the sucking up piece fell off and broke. Cannot use without it and they do not offer parts replacement. It would just snap right back on if they sent a new one. I now have a useless machine because I went over return time. Did not use it right away. Be aware there are no parts available and no phone number or email to contact them. They gave an address if I want to write a letter. Read more

This is not as high quality as I thought it would be .definitely gets the water steaming hot but the wand is kind of cheap and if you're too aggressive with it it will break. I would not recommend this for cleaning carpet with thick pile works great on upholstery though. Read more
