I've been playing fighting games for a few years now and I was using a Mayflash F500, it's a very solid controller, but I'm more accustomed to gaming on a keyboard. I'm not at all competitive, so i only took me a few hours to get back to the same skill level with this fight pad. I use this pad to play Tekken 8 and the input delay is only a few ms. The pad itself is very solid, the design is very flat which makes for easy travel. Also, the ability to swap out artwork by pressing a button instead of unscrewing a back plate is very convenient. For those that play in tournament the controller has a tournament lock to prevent button pushes that would disqualify you. A big reason I got this pad over the M 16 Ultra is that is has a very recessed usb C socket to prevent any accidental damage. I think this is a great value product and proof that you don't need to spend several hundred $ to have a quality fight pad. Read more

This controller has the BEST feeling switches ever. And I've owned a Razer Kitsune, Hitbox Ultra, Victrix pro, etc. The buttons feel buttery smooth and that's probably the most important thing to me when owning a fighting game controller. The controller feels very sturdy and well built too. Read more

This is a fantastic leverless controller, good ergo, button rims are flush, and it looks good. It feels very solid, won't bend. Its easy to slide input with this one since the rims are flush. There's no space to snag skin on. Buttons sit fairly low profile, though you can use shadow hunting switches to lower them further. I came to prefer the stock wind engines on this one. There is a decent amount of sound dampening material in this controller, even surrounding the switches. I wouldn't call it silent, but it's pretty quiet and there's no ping on it's aluminium bottom The controller is set up out of the box, and doesn't require configuration. There are shortcuts to change a few things you might want like socd, analog sticks, ect ect. If you do decide to go into configuration though, it's a bit complicated and not user friendly. This was an upgrade to the r16, which had snaggable rims, was difficult to slide on, and had less favorable ergo. Would recommend if you're interested in trying leverless, or if you're having specific issues with one you already own. Read more

2 years ago I messed my left hand and sliced some tendons. I'm not able to do fighting game inputs on a regular controller. I thought I would never play fighting games again. With this controller I can do everything on fighting games. Best controller. Also just pressing the buttons are so satisfying. Took me 7 days to get muscle memory. I practice 3 hours a day and my hand never hurts or locks up. Def give this a try! Best purchase for sure! Read more

This pad is awesome, and the seller is incredibly community friendly and supportive. My favorite from their lineup is the X, but I prefer the C16 for dedicated leverless layout play. One of the biggest apprehensions I have with purchasing arcade controllers is how accessible art customization would be, and this one is BY FAR the most accessible when it comes to art customization and expression.
