I expected this to be larger. This is my fault, not anyone else's. I just have trouble judging the sizes of items in photographs. And I wish it *were* a little larger. The height and width are okay, but I could use a little more depth (i.e., being able to pile things a little higher). But it still works for the purpose I bought it for, which was to put some luxurious items (mostly made of merino wool) n a safe place until I need them. It was easy to pack them in, they zipped up securely, and I have confidence that they'll be in good shape -- clean and uneaten -- when I finally get around to getting them out as they were when I put them in. I'm already ordering more of these Hayden Hill bags because they are easily the best I've found. At $21.00, the value is just unbeatable. You can really feel the quality in the organic cotton; it's thick and soft, but still breathable enough that I don't worry about my cashmere getting ruined. The 18-inch size is spot on—I managed to fit six of my sweaters in one bag without it looking like a stuffed mess. I'm usually picky about zippers, but the quality here is great; it's smooth and doesn't catch on the fabric. The sturdiness is impressive too, as the bag holds its shape well. Very nice organic cotton sweater storage bag. The size is quite small (3 or 4 heavyweight sweaters max), but quality is on the higher end. The small details- British flag logo, nice branded zipper pull tie are all very nice. The bag also has a mesh side panel which allows the clothes to breathe, while being stored. I do wish the bag had a bit more structure, and a handle would have been great, but it does look and feel like organic cotton (which moths and larvae don’t like, I know gross to think about!). I was able to fit 4 of my thickest sweaters into the bag (pictured), and could probably fit 6 or 8 very thin ones... but you, like me, probably have more than 4 sweaters, so you might need a few of these to keep your all of them safe and protected. I purchased this Hayden Hill Luxury Organic Cotton Sweater Storage Bag in Gray to store my cashmere and thinner wool sweaters. The high-quality organic cotton feels luxurious. It's soft, good quality, and breathable. It definitely beats those cheap polyester zipper bags. It opens in an L-shape with a smooth zipper and elegant leather zipper pull, which I absolutely love for that refined touch. There's a mesh window panel for viewing contents. It's okay at maintaining a neat rectangular shape, and it stacks beautifully on the shelf. It measures exactly 18" x 5.25" x 13" as described. The listing says it fits 6 sweaters, and while it looks smaller at first, it surprisingly does hold that many fine/thin knits. I currently have 2 large cashmere sweaters in mine with plenty of room left. See attached photo. More than a few thicker wool sweaters would likely max it out. I've only been using it for the last several weeks, but so far it's performing perfectly. No moth issues, dust buildup, or any capacity concerns. At the price point around $15, this is absolutely worth it if you're serious about protecting investment pieces. Plus, it's certified carbon neutral, which is a thoughtful bonus.
