I did the research and this round circle mirror was the best in my opinion. The frame is not wide but is metal not chomed plastic and id in the gold tone I wanted. The mirror glass is thicker and has the silver back for beautiful reflection. Both metal frame and thicker glass make for sturdy mirror and it is heavy. At first I thought I wanted a 42" one but got out my measuring tape and for the wall I want to put this on in a small building I am turning into an art studio that size would have been too big. This 36" mirror is big! And will take up a good portion of any wall alone or above furniture cabinets. The quality I wanted. I regular price ran at least 70. dollars less than similar. I was lucky to get one of two listed at the time with out damage to packaging and saved more. When it arrived the outer box had damage but was sturdy cardboard. Inside the mirror was encased in Styrofoam front and back and in plastic sleeve too. Mirror sold as like new due to packing material you are not going to keep anyway. Mirror is new and in perfect condition. When I get my art studio finished I will only have one window so this mirror will help give great reflection in the space too. Just what I was looking for. I hardly ever leave reviews, only for products I feel strongly about one way or the other. This mirror gets my 5-star ringing endorsement. I wanted to replace an outdated looking mirror in my bathroom with something modern and classy, but didn't want to spend a fortune. After searching locally and not being able to find what I had in mind, I saw this on Amazon and loved it. I was hesitant to have a mirror shipped to my house as I've had things far less fragile arrive damaged or broken, but I decided to give it a go anyway. When it arrived, it was snugly packaged in styrofoam and the box was taped well. Not only was the mirror in perfect condition but the frame was pristine as well, no dents in the metal or scratches in the paint. It comes with a hefty screw for hanging and three different styles of drywall anchors if not screwing into a wall stud. Installation tip: it is covered by a circular piece of styrofoam that is exactly the same size as the mirror, so I used that as a lightweight, easy to hold template which I held up on my wall with one hand as I positioned it and marked my hanging location. I honestly did not like this mirror when it first arrived. The size is good and the mirror is good quality, but the silver frame is textured and not smooth. But not wanting to have to ship it back, we hung it in the bathroom anyway. In the past six months, we have received more compliments and inquiries asking us about this mirror.
