I ordered one for myself and it was great. Ordered one for my husband, it came without one of the legs on the base. Contacted them twice, said they would send. Months later, a new base hasn't arrived and it's still in the box. I understand defects, but no purchaseis worth it if there is no customer service as well. Pivk a different brand. Read more
