The media could not be loaded. I hope this lasts! That's the only thing that could make it crap is if it craps out sooner than later. As far as just using it this is GREAT. It's something I would personally take everywhere I go for those moments where I forgot or missed a spot or need a quick shave. I used it dry and it immediately, quickly and effortlessly and smoothly and efficiently and sufficiently and successfully removed hairs that I have used multiple shavers and razors to remove and it either takes forever or does a crappy job. Im hoping this helps the hair from growing back as quickly as well but only time will tell so for now it's a Godsend as far as serving it's purpose Read more
