I notice within a week or two my hair is not breaking off or super dry and I have not been using any topical products on my hair, I notice my skin looks better but I have also been using an ice roller on my face. Cons: The pills are sort of big and the dose is 6 at a time. I have been looking for a collagen supplement that also includes Hyaluronic Acid, so I was glad to find these. 6 tablets seems to be the standard serving size for collagen but thankfully these tablets are not too big. I spread them out across my lunch and dinner. I will report back once I have taken the whole bottle, but I already noticed that my nails seem to be growing quicker and they are a bit stronger. I also have been thinking of dying my hair pink after I grow it out a bit. These tablets are helping my hair grow quicker than normal! I've been looking for a new collagen supplement for some time and was drawn in by this one mainly by the sleek packaging. I've been splitting up the tablet serving throughout the day and so far, so good! I've been wanting to grow my hair out for some time and the difference in the last couple weeks is more noticeable than anything I can remember since I committed to growing it out a couple of months ago (barber shops being closed due to shelter-in-place helps too haha). I got Supreme Collagen because I was looking for something to help with my hair growing as well as my nails and skin. Haven't quite finished the container, but I might be noticing an improvement in my hair and nails not splitting as much as they had been; however, it's been less than a month, so it's still too early to tell. Will update my review after more time has passed. I take this with a glass of water before breakfast on empty stomach.
