Beautiful ring but had to send it back because it runs a size small. The steps weren’t accurate but I was using it for sleep and vital signs. Read more
Hurts to wear long term, steps are off, other stats are ok.
I wanted to like this ring. I really did - a ring would work better in my fitness routine. But for starters, it is physically CLUNKY as heck, making it physically hurt to wear after a couple of days. The edges are rounded, but not quite enough, rubbing the inside of my fingers. While it charges relatively quickly, it lost 45% charge in a single 24 hour period, and the magnetic charger is easy to knock off of the precise spot needed for charging. The step counts are about 30% higher than my more accurate foot pedometer, and about 10% higher than a wrist based tracker on the same hand. The heartrate, sleep, o2, and bp trackers were in the general range of accuracy for the other devices. The app is ok enough, although it takes a surprisingly long time for it to sync to the ring and get the latest data. It tracks day, week, and month for sleep and physical activity, and it looks in the settings like it could be linked to Strava. I'd at least consider using it for the non-step metrics if it weren't so clunky as to cause soreness. Read more
