App is unsafe and faulty

First ring was too small, second one fit but now returning that too as the app is highly questionable. My android showed that the app cannot be safely downloaded and you have to override to approve an unsafe download. Then when you try to install it, you get warnings again and have to override Auto blocker. Not jeopardizing my phone with a questionable app that is rated 2.1 out of 5 stars on Google Play store. Before you buy, look it up, "smart health" app. Until they work the bugs out of their app and get approved with better ratings I don't trust it and don't think this will be successful. Returning. I wish I could have looked up the app before purchasing but that information was not available. Read the reviews about failed updates etc. It's too bad because the ring seems cool, just fix the app bugs and issues! Read more

Sleep cycle

Fits great. App easy to use everything seems to be working fine. The only issue I have is the sleep record. Seems like it does not work properly did not record my sleep cycle so accuracy not so great. Still need to check on the step count. Battery seems to be ok but I feel like it will only last me 2 to 3 days since it’s already at 63% after one day. But for the price can’t be mad about to much. You get what you pay for. Update: sleep cycle still doesn’t work haven’t got any updates on it. Does not show information. Idk if I’m doing something wrong? But manual does tell you anything either way. So if you’re looking for something that will give you info on your sleep this product might not be for you. Read more
