I use this more like I do my Inhalers. With my health problems I'll take a couple of hits with it a couple times per day. I counted the shots from the first can and got 104 inhales before it seemed to weak to continue. I have an oxygen meter that I use and my oxygen levels are in the 90% range all the time. I check that before I inhale tho. Read more
