So far, I am really loving this scale. I really wanted something like this that did body mass measurements because obviously if you’re working out, you’re not always going to lose weight on the scale, but you may be losing fat and gaining water and muscle instead which is often The case especially for people who are just starting to work out or lifting weights. You are supposed to hold the handlebar at a slight angle like a 45° angle pointed downwards so you do wanna make sure that you have space in front of you which is something that I had to work around because I like my scales to not be out in the middle of the floor and I like them to be a little more closer to the wall, but that’s just not possible with this scale you do need space to hold your arms out. It’s not a big deal, but just something to consider. I like that it can use different users and it even has a toddler mode because I have a 3 1/2 year-old who loves to do everything that I do and it’s kind of fun to track both of us at the same time. And they also have an app that keeps track and it hasn’t been a super long time so I won’t comment too much about how well the app works, but I do appreciate that there is an app designed for storing the data. The one thing that I think was a little unclear as how to calibrate the scale. To me as soon as the scale moves, it needs to be recalibrated and every scale I’ve had in the past you just briefly step on it and let the scale zero out. With this scale, it’s not totally clear if it’s actually calibrated or not because it says to just step on it, but it doesn’t appear to actually zero out it appears like it’s trying to take your weight and then it just stops because you stepped off so there’s no real indication whether it’s actually calibrated or not. That would be my only Complaint about the scale as of right now. Otherwise, so far it’s doing everything it’s supposed to do and I will update probably in a couple months. Read more

I’ve been using the Healthkeep digital body weight scale for a few weeks now, and it’s become a reliable part of my routine. Right out of the box, it feels solid and well made — the platform is sturdy underfoot and doesn’t wobble, which gives a lot of confidence when stepping on. The display is easy to read, even in low light, and the numbers show up clear and consistent every time. This scale syncs smoothly with my routine because it powers on instantly when you step on it. I’ve used it first thing in the morning and at night, and the results have been consistent, which is exactly what I want from a daily scale. The precision seems solid — I haven’t noticed any odd spikes or inconsistencies that don’t make sense based on my habits. It’s simple to set up and use — no confusing menus or buttons. I appreciate that it doesn’t try to do too much and focuses on body weight cleanly and accurately. The surface is also easy to keep clean with just a quick wipe when needed. Overall, this feels like a great everyday scale that does exactly what it’s supposed to do with no fuss. If you want a straightforward, accurate digital scale that’s easy to use and easy to read, this is a solid choice. Read more

My old smart scale finally gave out after about 10 faithful years, so I replaced it with this Healthkeep 8-electrode model. Wow—what a difference a decade makes! This one is far superior in every way: more accurate weight readings, dual-frequency BIA for detailed segmental body composition (21 metrics like body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, etc.), and a sleek app interface. Even better, it's about 1/4 the price of my old scale from back then. I don't personally dive deep into all the extra data (honestly, most of it is overkill for me), but the key feature—seamless syncing to Fitbit—works perfectly every time. One important note/downside: there's no onboard memory, so you must have the app open and connected via Bluetooth before stepping on, or the reading won't sync at all (it'll just show weight on the scale display). Once you get in the habit, it's no big deal. Overall, outstanding value and performance—highly recommend if you're upgrading an older scale or want advanced metrics without spending a fortune! This Healthkeep scale does a good job balancing accuracy, build quality, and usability. The platform feels stable underfoot with no flex or wobble, and the display is large, bright, and easy to read even in low light. Step-on activation is quick and consistent, which makes it easy to use as part of a daily routine. Weight readings are repeatable (within reason, I own several) and stable, which is the most important thing in a scale. Setup is straightforward, and basic weighing works without any learning curve. If you use the companion app and handlebar, the scale offers a wide range of body metrics beyond weight. Those features add value for anyone tracking fitness progress, though they are optional. The scale still works perfectly well as a simple weight-only device if you prefer minimalism. Read more

Honestly, this is more scale than I need at present, but as I am committed to ramping up my fitness I am glad to know it will "scale" with me needs (ha ha!). I didn't even know it was possible to track hydration or measure things like body age and muscle mass with a scale. I've always been bad about staying hydrated, but I've never been able to measure it. Nobody needs yet another app but you'll need to download this one to get all the space age benefits of this device. First and foremost, it seems very accurate with regard to weight. Results were repeatable and very consistent. Basic usage is quite simple but you'll only get accurate results following the instructions and using the handlebar. Read more
