As a dietitian I am always skeptical of any product that is going to tell you about your body composition because you never know if the technology is legit or not. That being said, through my profession, I have access to professional body scanners and the first time I used this scale I was pleased to see it was very close to accurate. It does follow the typical BMI standards, which are not accurate for most populations, and thus might hurt some feelings, but if you ignore that part and only focus on the composition breakdown then it’s a wonderful tool to reach your goals.
