Matcha tea is healthier than regular green tea because you drink the whole leaf. It is supposedly helpful to weight loss if you drink it regularly. This is smooth fine powder, light green color, nice size package for the price (I paid $10). Flavor and quality is great. This review wants me to talk about smell- this green tea has a very mild and pleasant fragrance. The package is so pretty, it would go nicely in a gift basket. Read more
