3.5 stars, rounded upwards. I need to use this mask 3 times daily, every single day, so choosing the best mask is important to me. My previous mask died after 7 months and its replacement poked metal through the cloth and nearly hit my eye, (!) so I found myself on the hunt again. I bought a pricey cordless mask on Prime Day, but it didn't work, so it went back. Finally, I ordered four more kinds of masks, determined to find the best one and stick with it. Looking at the photo attached, this mask is B. It's not the best of the bunch, but it comes in 2nd place, so I am keeping it as a backup mask. PROS: *variable amount of heat *easy to understand directions *charges quickly *fairly comfortable (but see below) *quiet CONS: * battery on top of mask causes it to rest unevenly on my face, so the eye with the battery on it gets more pressure than the other. (I like the side with the battery best!) *Almost impossible to find the port to recharge in the dark *No choice as to length of time. It starts. It goes for 15 minutes. It quits. * The lowest setting is still too hot for my skin! To prevent it burning my eyelid, I have to fold up a tissue and put it between my mask and the outer crease on my left eyelid. (The right eye, which bears more weight because that's where the battery is located, gives me no trouble. Go figure!) The mask I love best is nearly twice the cost of this one; I consider this the best budget mask. *Battery charge is good for 2 uses max. Read more

It is very relaxing to wear this after a long day of staring at my computer, tv and phone. It works really well, the battery holds up for a long time after a full charge. It can get really hot though, but you are able to choose your heat level . It cleans well too Read more
