Just tried this last night and am so in love with it! Has multiple heat settings and the only drawback is that the highest setting is super hot! Even for me! But it actually helped clear up some head congestion with the first use. Super lightweight and comfortable-the strap is secure but doesn’t hurt. My ophthamologist recommended I use a warm mask several times per week for an eye condition she diagnosed. I am impressed with the quality of this one. I like that it's comfortable to wear, has 3 heat settings, auto shutoff, and a washable cover. I found it difficult to select this product beacause all of the brands sound so similar in their descriptions. This was not even close to being the most expensive one and I'm glad I chose it. Time will tell how long it lasts. The only improvement would be some kind of low battery alert. I discovered I can use it for four 30 minute sessions before it needs recharging, but I have to keep track of how many times I've used it to be sure it's charged for next time. Read more
Loved this mask at first. It worked wonders for my dry eyes. My ophthalmologist told me to leave the heat on my eyes for 15 minutes, and that is what eventually took care of my problem. Wash cloths couldn’t stay warm long enough to accomplish the heat I needed. My spouse didn’t love the bright light. But the deal breaker is battery deterioration. After 9 months it only can hold a charge for about 5 minutes, and then it is dead. Moving to a brand with a better battery life. Read more
Easy to put on. Several heat temperatures. I didn’t really like it on my eyes though. It’s heavy and sticks out. Feels like too much pressure on my eyes. It does make a great small heating pad though. I put it in the back of my neck and it felt good. The nice thing is that it is rechargeable and easy to carry with you. Read more
