I immediately took this out as I have a shoulder tear that is bothersome at times and hope with get a measure of relief from it. I did. Easy to figure out how to put in place (the advertisement was helpful for that). It has three degrees of heat and also a timer to shut it off. I like that feature as the heat does get nice and warm to the point where I might doze off so thought that was a plus. It will vibrate also but I got this mainly for the application of the heat. Just throwing it out there if you are looking for more stimulus, it has that. The only down side to this and isn't the fault of the product is that the quick start up instruction and instructions are so tiny, I challenge any one to be able to read them without enlarging them. I took my cell phone camera and did just that. Pleased with product and seller. Read more

I have tendinitis and bursitis, I thought I’d give this a try. I think the sizing is more for a man or a larger woman. I am a size small in the majority of my clothes and I found this a little too loose to wear it comfortably. Read more

The heating brace is portal with the battery powered. It takes me certain time to tighten on my shoulder but the operation is quite simple with the touch screen control. I used the brace for my right shoulder with high temperature setting. The brace heated up nicely and the result was quite positive. It definitely helped to soothe the stiffness on my shoulder. I like the extra Velcro braces and buckles, they help to tie the pad firmly. I felt the tighter, the better on the effectiveness. There are several vibration patterns, felt pretty good after thirty minutes massaging, just felt the strength could be stronger. Read more

[UPDATE 9/6/24]: I contacted the seller via Amazon messaging and they responded quickly indicating 1) the listing’s 2nd bullet within the “About this item” section it stating, “The shoulder brace features 3 timing settings..." is a typo (there are 3 setting choices for massage intensity and heat level). 2) The heating pad does not have an auto-shut off; it must be turned off manually. I still like the heating pad overall and hope this clarification from the seller is helpful. [END of 9/6/24 UPDATE] The heating pad I received shut off automatically but has not shut off automatically since the first try. Here are my observations: PUTTING IT ON: This heated shoulder pad with massage is very comfortable. I was able to use it on either shoulder and get it on by myself by first attaching the Velcro at the “sleeve”, attaching the long belt in the back, then sliding my arm through the sleeve and reaching back to get the dangling long belt and attaching it at my chest (easier than it sounds). I am a larger than average sized man and did not have to use the extension to wear the pad comfortably across my chest and believe this would fit quite a bit larger than the listed 55” chest maximum. CONTROLLER: The controller has 3 buttons: 1) Power and also Lock so you don’t accidentally change the heat or massage levels (a quick press activates the lock and the lock icon turns from green to red). 2) Massage levels: L, M, H. 3) Heat level: L 104-122F; M 122-140F; H 140-167F (my screen showed a top temperature of 169F). Although the maker recommends wearing thin clothing and not putting the heating pad on bare skin the Amazon listing at least 4 times. ICE PACK HOLDER: There is a pouch on the outside of the pad which is likely for an ice pack. “TIMER SETTINGS”: In the listing’s 2nd bullet within the “About this item” section it states, “The shoulder brace features 3 timing settings…” but I believe that is a typo as I could not find anything about it in the instructions or in the listing. The included “Quick Guide” has a QR code that is supposed to point to their instructions video but it would not work on my phone or 2 apps that read QR codes. The first time I used this pad it seemed to automatically shut down after about 10 or 15 minutes. For this review I turned it on again and timed it and ran over 30 minutes without shutting down. I turned it off, waited a minute or so, then turned it on, put both massage and heat levels to high and timed it again; it did not stop after being on for over an hour. On a last try, I used the lock to set the massage and heat levels to high and after over a half hour it did not automatically stop. CARE: It cannot be washed; the manual states for cleaning to, “wipe with a damp cloth”. If worn on top of clean clothing this is livable to me. OVERALL: I like this shoulder heating and massaging pad quite a bit but not only does my pad not have 3 timing settings, it does not even shut off automatically at all; something I consider unsafe given the heat it generates (especially if I were to dose off while using it). I am contacting the seller and for the moment cautiously giving this a somewhat neutral rating. I will do an edit when I find out more information from the seller. Read more

The SEPSUMMER Heating Pad is a convenient way to ease shoulder pain and cramps. It’s cordless, which makes it easy to use anywhere, and the adjustable heating settings offer just the right amount of warmth. The added vibrations provide a gentle massage, making it even more soothing. It's designed to fit comfortably on either shoulder, so it works for both men and women. Overall, it's a practical tool for anyone needing quick and effective relief from shoulder discomfort. Read more

This is pretty good, but a little awkward to get on, especially if you have a hurt shoulder. Once on it is pretty comfortable and works pretty well. It's very easy to use and really does help a lot with soreness Read more

This product is ok, but it is fairly basic in the vibration/massage. It has 2 vibrating pucks which are positioned on each side, and it could use more, or better placement. The heat function is nice, and seems to work ok. There are 3 vibration/massage modes and several heat adjustments. The sleeve itself is relatively hard to place properly on your shoulder and I never feel it can get tight enough or stay in one position well to be truly effective. It works in a pinch. What it does do well is if you just open it up and pull it against the back of your neck, that is somewhat heavenly and redeems it in my mind. You do have to manually hold it there. Perhaps they should redesign this for neck?! Read more
