Good sturdy brace but it only heats in one small area. If that heat doesn’t line up just where your pain is, then this won’t work for you. I have small wrists and the heat ended up on the side of my wrist. It has 3 nice temp ranges, uses the same C as my Apple products so it’s not another weird charging cord hanging around. I'm starting to like this. At first, I was worried it wasn't warm enough... but realized you NEED TO MAKE SURE it's fully charged and wrapped tight. Still testing, and I still wish it was a *tad* warmer, even at its top level.
