This was a gift to me, and let me tell you how amazing it is! It wraps over your shoulders, snaps on your chest and goes down your back. For me, it went to my waist. Then has a tie on each side to tie in front. Has 6 heat levels and 4 time limits you can set. I have shoulder and lower back pain every day and this thing has helped tremendously. Read more

This item worked great when I first opened it, and was exactly as pictured. The display was easy to read, and I liked the extra long run time features. However, after about 2 hours of use over a few days, it completely died on me. I tried it in multiple outlets over an extended period of time and nothing. The snap was not the easiest to put together either, but it wouldn't have been a deal breaker if it had kept working. Read more
