I am very pleased with this product. The overall quality is excellent. It heats up all around the neck and shoulders. The material is soft and velvety. It has a timer and many temperature settings. Compared to my old basic heat pad its a big upgrade. It has a strap it hold it in place as c well so it's very functional. I do like that it has a remote with different heat levels and a timer which is easy to control. The heat is evenly distributed I like that it has the waist strap to keep it in place.
