I have been searching for a more comfortable office chair as I am a plus sized woman and came across this chair. What caught my eye was the length of the seat and the cushion. Most office chair seats are too short for my long, fluffy legs. I noticed it didn’t have many reviews but decided to give it a try. It’s a solid chair and was easy to put together. Rolls beautifully! Probably the best rolling office chair I’ve ever used. Now the problem that I have is that the cushion is incredibly uncomfortable. You would think with that much cushion it would be wonderful but it is the complete opposite. It is oddly hard and feels strange in the middle of it. It caused pain for me to use this why I am returning the chair. My left cheek literally falls asleep and is in pain. So, I really wanted to love the chair but it’s of no use to me. Read more

Chair put together nice. Very comfy. If Amazon is reading I am tired of UPS delivering to my neighbor and not me, my house, which is correct on the tags. I don’t have a nice neighbor and have lots many items because UPS reads and 8 as a 2. Luckily I walked around the house and saw on their porch and quick nabbed it. Read more
I purchased this chair thinking it would be durable due to its claims in the product description. As for comfortability, the arm rests are entirely too high with no way of making them shorter and there is no easy way to store the inflatable apparatus pump besides stuffing it into the crevice of the seat. The main issue however is that after 3 months of use the MDF or similar material in the seat that the side bolts are fitted into separated and now there is no support on the right side making the chair lean heavily in that direction, this obviously makes the chair unusable. Do not buy this chair if you want a durable, lasting chair. Read more
So far, the seat is still hard, but getting up to move isn't a bad thing. I had planned to use the 4d arm rests from my old chair when I bought this, and was able to do so. Further bodging came when i saw the base and wheels, the base - multi parts/flower petal, used the solid one piece base from another chair, and the heftier wheels that came with it. what I really like, the tilt, the back move independent of the seat. the back is comfortable and the lumber isn't always shifting. the piston and frame are straight (reason the old chair had to go), the cushion though firm, is level and doesn't tilt back unless you want it too. over all, I am very happy, but it took using parts from other chairs to get there. but those chairs were scrap, so it was a no cost bodge.
