Love how you can decide where you want the pieces to go. Up high or down low. Toward the front or back, and even the middle where normal people might keep it. I have a budget size closet and a nonbudget wardrobe. I needed space and goodness me this is a good deal. The weight and build of the pipe is nice and thick. This is never going to collapse under weight. I mean heavy duty. Has a stone coat spray to resist scratching. The directions are not the easiest but that is ok because you can go on to youtube and just type assemmble product number and they have a step by step for each and every product they sell. They speak american English in the videos. Just your normal mom putting it together. The best thing in the world is you can take it apart as easy as you put it together. Screws do not hold this together. It uses gravity and equal and oppsite traction to do that. At first I thought what a pile of you know what. Then I put it together and realized it was not going through the area that I needed to get it to. I took it apart so easy and moved it. Just amazing. Just simply amazing. If they used screws and such then we know once it comes apart it is never going back. Screws also reduce strength. This is a well built item that will last a lifetime. Read more
First and foremost, the packaging of the product was excellent!! The parts were zipped tied together to stay in place during the shipping process. It was very easy to put together which I was able to do by myself. It looks beautiful. It appears to be very sturdy and have great hanging capacity. More like 3.5 stars. Now that it's in my small closet and put together, I like it. It holds far more than you would think and it's strong. So far I haven't noticed anything bending or bowing and I've had it for about six months. The reason I took stars away, the construction. Do Not buy this if you have a very small closet. I ended up assembling it inside my 22'' x 54'' closet, because it wasn't going to fit through the door. Old houses are so fun. This was an exercise in insanity. The way you assemble this thing is so convoluted, I don't know how they came up with the design. The instructions are nearly useless. I ended up winging it. I'm on the fence. I love how much clothing storage space this provides. I have very little assembly experience. I ended up putting this together 4 times ultimately finding a faster way and layout that fits my biggest space needs the best even though the original design was fabulous. My goal was to hang bars and clothing as high as possible so I could fit two rows of clothes plus flat storage for sweaters that are too bulky to hang. I even found new ways to hang child slacks so they don’t hang any longer than shorts. I put a weight on the bottom shelf and made hanging bars extra secure with zip ties. Probably overkill. I kept testing to see if it felt tippy but it never did. The extra weight was just precautionary. For me one unit provided more space than a single closet. And, I bought too and put them side by side. It fits one side of the room well. I pkan to buy at least one more for the laundry room. Read more
