Don’t give up your favorite pair of sneakers just yet!
I ordered these inserts because my feet were hurting so bad at the end of the day . I have high arches so I really needed something Thats cradles the arch of my feet . These nicely support my arches and help redistribute pressure, which has reduced the strain I used to feel in my feet as well as my lower back. They took a day or two to break in—at first, I was aware of the pressure under my arches, but it wasn’t painful. Once I adjusted, they started to feel more natural. They're not bulky or heavy and are versatile to put in a variety of shoes. Heavy Duty Support
My work shoes, which I wear for most of the day, were the first pair of shoes that I was able to test out in. Immediately after I inserted the insoles into the shoe, they fit snugly without moving about. This was a significant achievement for me since I did not want to have to make adjustments to them during the day. In general, the shoes were much more comfortable after I had worn them for a number of hours. I observed this improvement after wearing them. As a result of the consistent support, my feet did not feel as stressed as they generally do at the conclusion of a shift. In addition, I put them through their paces with a pair of shoes that I often wear when I go for a stroll in the evening. Before I started wearing these insoles, I often discovered that I had to cut my walks short due to physical exhaustion. As a result of having the orthotics in place, I had a greater sense of stability and equilibrium, and I was able to increase the length of my walks without experiencing that heavy, worn-out sensation as fast. A more natural step seemed to be encouraged by the assistance, which resulted in the exercise seeming simpler and more fun to participate in. Another one of our strengths is what we call durability. Every day for a few weeks, the insoles continue to provide the same level of support and firmness as they did on the very first day. In spite of the fact that I have used them in a variety of footwear, they have not shown any indications of being flattened or losing their structure.
