Adjusts to fit well
First off let me say I've only had the vest a little over a week so I don't know how well it will last. I am a larger woman and the vest still fits me well enough. The side adjustable clasps make it possible to make it fit well. The smaller weights that you can add or subtract move easily in and out of the pockets to make the vest heavier or lighter, but are under a Velcro flap to keep them very secure. The weights are distributed evenly and don't put pressure on any one area but over entire shoulders. The vest does have reflective strip on it so that you can wear it out after dark and still be seen. I have worn it around the house as I get use to the extra weight and it feels fine walking around with it on. There is room to put my phone in another pocket. Read more
