Exactly what I asked for, I've been using this product for my afternoon runs for my training. I really work up a sweat wearing this thing. I would like to say that the shoulder pads are a bit redundant and wouldnt spend the extra cash for that. It does bounce a lot when you run with it, so I wouldnt recommend this for running, walking should be fine though. Also got to mention, this specific weighted vest is one of the cheapest vests I could fine, and its pretty good quality too. I purchased the 12 pound best, assuming I could add more weight as needed. However when I received the vest it did not appear to have the ability to adjust the weight at all. I haven't weighed it to be sure yet, but it feels heavier than 12 pounds to me. Additionally the vest in the picture was not the vest that I received. However, I do believe that it will work out, when I need to move up in weight I will just buy another vest. The vest is pretty high quality regardless. Read more

Ordered it for myself, It seems like it would fit anyone. I have a bigger chest and it doesnt fit me that well. It arrive fast mostly looks like what it looks like on the site. I would not order the shoulder pads. They are huge and doesn't have a headphone pocket, like it shows on the site. Other than that, it's ok. My son uses it more than I do, NOT for someone with a bigger chest. Read more

I was very disappointed and annoyed when this arrived. I thought you could take out the weights to adjust the weights and start out slowly and work up to the full 12 pounds. Because it is so heavy, it does not pay to try and send it back. I went online and saw that Walmart also sells these vests and you can adjust the weights. Read more
