The water resevoir is not insulated..ice packs and /or ice melts quickly..other than that,it is decent for what it is...i use it daily in an auto repair shop, its hot/humid, and this porta cooler is better than nothing Read more
Works great and you can add ice for extra quick cooling
This is cooler awesome and well thought out. The bottom swings open to allow ice to be added to the water tray. It's light weight, when empty, and last 3 hours on an 20 Volt 8 Amp hour drill battery at full fan speed. I have been looking for a DC swamp cooler for years and finally found this. I am using this with off the grid solar system and it works great, with a 12 to 24 volt boost converter you can run this off a 12 volt battery system. Read more
