It is a fan, not an AC! It can't cool down a room, even a small room. It takes max 2 small ice packs. One frozen pound of ice can only provide 40 BTU. Two small ice packs can't lower a temperature of a room. A 20x20 room (400 square feet) typically requires a cooling capacity of around 9,000 to 12,000 BTU. It is physics; basic! Read more

Do not waste your money. The cooling packs are flimsy. One of the packs got a burn hole in it while using and the contents got all in the fan, probably blew all over my room (scared to even look up how harmful that can be). The drawer isn't fully removable to be able to clean properly. Read more

Liked the product and seemed to cool my bedroom. I preferred to use ice cubes instead of the block provided. As the cubes melted it helped maintain the water level for 8-9 hours of use. Had an issue with the oscillating feature… after 3 weeks of use it broke- only turned 15 degrees vs 70 advertised and made a loud clicking noise. Assumed a gear mechanism broke. Read more
