This little clock/camera works very well and was quite simple to set up. I like the fact that you have options about how to connect your phone to the camera. You can use it completely off the grid by connecting your phone to its Wi-Fi access point and viewing the camera and stored events "offline", provided you are within Wi-Fi range of the clock. But you can also easily connect it to your local Wi-Fi and access the camera from anywhere in the world, for remote monitoring while you are travelling. With motion detection turned on, it will record only when it sees something moving. My only complaint with it is that the motion detection records in 10-second segments, so if a person is moving in front of the camera for several minutes, you get lots of 10-second event clips to review, instead of one long event. But overall, this is a nice little hidden camera with very good picture quality and exceptional night vision recording. Holy Cam!!! This clock/camera is very neat. So many great features. First off yes it's a clock and the display is sharp and easy to read. The blue numbers on the clock are much better than the clocks with red leds. It's small enough to take anywhere. Perfect to travel with. Great idea for your hotel room! Yep even a rechargeable battery built in and can be replaced incase it fails, unlike other rechargeable devices. Now let's get into the camera. Wow is all I have to say. The setup was less than 3 minutes. The app works every time you time you open and close it. The settings allow you to turn the status lights on and off. Same for the clock display. The picture is super clear and allows for HD mode. Human detection and alerts are fast. If you have the app open without a SD card you can record and store on your card. But get a SD card so you will be able to store everything on you clock. I am 100% pleased with this purchase and will be watching for more neat devices from this company. Read more

It shipped fast and arrived fast. The app was easy to set up and lagit pamphlet that gives pictures do this... now do that... The picture quality is very good no distortion or blurriness. The audio is a little off, but nothing crazy you can hear everything just fine and the issue might be my end with the HVAC vent is about 5 feet from it. It is very discreet unless you shine a bright light directly at it. As seen in the pictures with the flas on you can see right through it. The room lights and even the light from the window you can not see the camera. A picture taken from the side with the flash on you can not see it (like you can see in the pictures), but if you shine the bright light directly at it is when you can see the camera. So, as long as you do not have people working taking pictures directly at the clock on the shelf with the flash on it is not an issue. Definitely a good buy. Read more

Super cool camera! The build quality is great and the design is pretty stylish. It is smaller than I expected but that is a plus - can be easily packed and used at a hotel or travel. The removable battery was a surprise but I'm not exactly sure what kind of battery it is. Looks like a very large AA but obviously not. Video quality was good and the night vision was the standout plus on this camera. It is actually invisible and I could not see the IR emitter at all when it is turned on. Similar to other cameras that use the HomeEye app, the app has all the features you want (motion, loop recording), video adjustments, etc. Would like to see a battery status indicator for the camera in the app but that is a minor issue. The last nitpick would be to have a USB C charging port, but I'd be surprised if very many cameras are using those so micro USB is fine. Read more
